We started with a simple conviction: that well-built, well-managed real estate is one of the most reliable ways to create and preserve wealth. From a focused development and property management practice, we have grown into a multi-city firm with a portfolio of residential and commercial assets — and a Project Management arm that provides Construction Solutions to builders across the region.
As our clients’ ambitions have grown, so has our offering. Our dedicated Construction Solutions division — a full range of construction equipment across five categories, available for hire — is the latest step in becoming a true end-to-end partner: not only the firm that designs, builds and manages, but the one that equips the site and keeps the finished asset performing.
